- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪David Palmer is always running 2-3 hours late. That's understandable that things get backed up, but I often hear him taking personal phone calls down the hall or even in the same room with me! When I complain to the staff, they say it's like that everyday! He doesn't explain anything in the exam room and doesn't listen to what I'm saying half the time.
