  The place is a health hazard. Should have listened to the other reviewers. I had a CT scan with contrast. Of the many things that wasn't done right I wish to highlight a couple of things. The technician removed the IV tube while the needle was still poked in to my vein. I had a warm feeling in my arm and thought it might have been the side effect of the dye first. It wasn't. I was bleeding through the tubes and the blood was dripping down on the floor like it was an open tap. The tech was busy doing other stuff on the side and I had to tell him that I was bleeding all over. When he saw that he first tried to stop the bleeding by touching the tip of the tube with his bare hand and then got a gauge to put on the tube's opening. He then used the tab in the tube to compress it so that the blood didn't flow out (he should have done that first and after verification should have removed the tubes). Then he proceeded to take the needle out with his bare hands in a very unhygienic and unprofessional manner. Told me that I needed a band aid. He called me over to the counter by the side of machine and started using alcohol swabs to wipe off the blood in my forearm (with bare hand). He grabbed a band aid after that but couldn't even peel the cover off. He wasn't wearing gloves so I volunteered to do it myself and got a different tape. The place is a health hazard. Careless and total lack of skills. How is this place operating?? I have at least five other things that I can comment on. Please avoid this place and pay an extra hundred or two to get it done right from a better place where they have professionals.

  Wish there was a 0 star option: -Almost impossible to schedule an appt. -Very unprofessional and tech was not confident/knowledgeable in what she was doing starting with the light switch dimming mechanism -More than one week late on getting my report to my doctor -New update: My results were mixed up??? -Still waiting on management to call my doctor with update I am sure I will have billing issues as well. RUN AWAY!!!!!!

  I recommend anyone with a bad experience to contact their insurance company and file a complaint. This place has a culture of unsafe, unsanity, unprofessional conduct and do not take complaints seriously. I have filed a 4-page complaint with my insurance company a few weeks ago, which is being investigated. The history of bad reviews on the Internet shows that this place is not under any pressure to change. Summary of my experience: - HIPAA violations - cell phone calls discussing me and my diagnosis by name with my doctor's office in a hallway, on speakerphone - Medical waste (bloody IV kits) were thrown in normal trash, not medical waste bins in the same room - Unprofessional conduct, especially by the radiology technician - A seeming lack of supervision by trained professionals - Missing basic knowledge of in how to administer IV versus oral contrast correctly, and in what order - They proceeded to prep me for a scan without the orders from my doctor I left out of concern for my safety.
