- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst experience EVER! First off, the hours on the website are apparently incorrrct! Try calling at 8:00a.m. and see if you get a human being to answer. NOT! Anyways, my first visit was in Nov. 2016. Such a waste of time! I had an extensive conversation with the scheduler and not one time was I informed that I would be expected to pay $99.00 for a Panaromic X-ray! I didn't pay it! I walked out and vowed never to come back! I called my dentist and told him what happened and he advised me to just go ahead and pay the fee because it would give them a more current view of my mouth instead of the older x-ray that I had a copy of. I go back, get the x-ray done and now I am told that I must go to my physician to get a CSAN because the x-ray doesn't show the depth! Huh? Just a waste of time and money!!! I won't be back!!! I did not feel the dentist nor the staff were honest with me.July 26, 2017by L Henderson
