  I came here in December of 2015 because I was having an allergic reaction. Nothing life-threatening; but was breaking out in hives and my eyes were swelling up. They took me back fairly quickly (which was great) and a female doctor came in. I wish I could remember her name. She spent over 10 minutes asking me what I could have had a reaction to. I told her I have absolutely no idea over and over again; after 15 minutes of this she concluded she didn't know the source (well, duh). I was getting worse as she just stood there. She was probably 9 months pregnant and didn't even evaluate me properly or get next to me; she acted like I was a monster. Finally the MA came to give me a steroid shot. He said "now we're calling the squad" and I told him I refuse, since I was from out of town and I know it was going to rack up a huge bill. I knew all I needed was a steroid shot. The doctor came back in and basically said if I refused to go to the ER, then they won't give me the shot and "when you die it will be your fault." I was APPALLED that she would say something like that. When I asked her if I could get the shot then wait to see if I was fine so I could avoid the ER, she said and I directly quote, "we close in 20 minutes and I"m not waiting for you." Again, so absolutely rude and unprofessional. So of course I got the shot and she forced me to go through an ambulance. The ambulance and ER bill cost me about $3,000 altogether, and the hospital I went to even said I should send my bill to this facility because what she did was totally unnecessary. She literally just wanted me to leave so she could get off on time. I give them 2 stars because the billing department was very nice to me and filed my claim very quickly. But this place was a nightmare and I am still paying off these bills because of the quack doctor I saw. I would not suggest going unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go.

  Office is really nice you have selection of cereal bars, luxury teas , cough drops ... felt like I was in the Starbucks. I guess most important staff was nice and helpful. Doctors were knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend.

  I was in Chicago for work when I had a kidney stone. Was in extreme pain and went to this clinic. They were wonderful. I got in right away. Their team worked fast to try to assist me in dealing with the pain. Everyone was friendly, professional, and caring. They ran through a bunch of options and scenarios to confront my pain as quickly as they could. I was frequently checked up on to see what was working. In a difficult situation for someone out of town, I was incredibly pleased with their assistance and service provided.
