  The therapy was ok, my physical therapist was nice, but gave weak massages. When they sent me my portion of the bill it was date 8/28/2015 advising that failure to pay after the due date would result in a late fee being charge. If you are unable to pay the full amount due they would finance the monies. Now if you sent me a bill dated 8/28/2015, I receive the bill 9/5/2015 and payment was due 9/11/2015. My first thought is that you aren't giving me time to pay you by the 11th via mail. The statement advised that I could pay on-line, except their on-line pay system was not set up yet, henceforth unable to pay on-line. So I decided to pay by phone left 2 voice mails received NO return calls. Try to pay electronically via my bank; it would take 5 days to process the payment. I then began calling 4 tries and 45 minutes on hold before finally I was able to pay. I practically begged this company to accept my payment or are they intending to make you late in order to force you to pay a late fee.
